White Gloves Restoration cleans up water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold in homes, and rebuilds the rooms that had to be taken apart. We work in the San Francisco Bay Area and Dallas–Fort Worth, as part of the Contractor Near Me family of companies.
Why the name
People call a restoration company on one of the worst days they have had in their home. The house is wet, or smells of smoke, and belongings are scattered across the floor. "White gloves" is how we want that day and the weeks after it to feel: careful hands on your things, a clean work area at the end of each day, and paperwork you can follow. It describes how we behave, not a claim about anyone else.

How we work in your house
We explain what we plan to remove and why before we remove it. We protect the rooms we are not working in. We photograph and measure as we go, so you and your adjuster can see the reasons for each step. And we tell you plainly what we do not do: we do not act for you with your insurance company, which decides what your policy covers, and on a Texas mold project the assessment and the remediation are done by two separately licensed parties, as state rules require.
Licensing
We work under the Contractor Near Me license with California's Contractors State License Board; the number is printed at the foot of every page, and you can look it up on CSLB's Check A License page. In Texas, licenses for mold work, electrical work and plumbing are issued by state agencies; TDLR's license search covers mold and electrical licenses.
